Time Warner Cable DVR Software Update (Mystro)...

A few days ago, the softare on the TW DVR force-updated. (from passport to “Mystro” accoring to the boot screen.)
The first thing that struck me was its barely-better-than-‘curses’ (and in some cases worse) text display handling, but in the time since, I have found a few other specific issues. This is a partial list in no real order.
